Booked for noon the same day it leaked.
My water heater’s leaking in the basement… I need someone out today if possible.
Atlas: Good news — I can get someone out today at noon. Shall I book that?
AI receptionist for businesses of every size
PhonePick answers your phone, looks things up while the caller waits, books real times from your calendar and takes the order — while your hands are full. It writes up every call it answers, and on Operations it runs the rest of the front desk too.

Made-up businesses, AI-actor callers, the real receptionist.
Running on PhonePick
PhonePick answers the calls you thought needed someone at the desk, and writes up every one it answers. Your number stays yours, and one dialled code undoes the whole thing.
Answers
No hold music and no voicemail. It answers in your business’s name and never pretends to be a person.
Books
Times already taken in Google, Apple or Outlook are never offered, and it checks again at the moment of booking. With booking switched on.
Orders
Every price comes from your menu, never from its head, and it places the order only when the caller says yes.
Puts through
Your mobile rings, and before the calls are joined you hear who it is and why.
Learns
It writes down every question it couldn’t answer. Type the answer once and the next caller hears it.
Writes up
Who rang, what they need, what was booked and what happens next. Robocalls are screened into the log, never deleted and never emailed.
Looks it up, live
When a caller asks something it wasn’t told, it doesn’t guess. It puts them on hold, opens your own help page, stock list, calendar or listings while they wait, and answers from what’s there now — not from what you typed in months ago.
It reads only the sources you give it and says only what they say: no steps of its own, no price you didn’t give it. If a page won’t open, it says so and takes a message. Help pages are on Growth; your stock, your calendar and a connected system are on every plan.
Nine demo calls — a leaking water heater, a mortgage pre-approval, a pizza order changed halfway through. The callers are AI actors; every word the receptionist says was generated by PhonePick, in voices you can choose for your own line.

They are not recordings of phone calls. Each business is made up, and its hours, services, prices and diary are ordinary PhonePick settings — the same ones you fill in for yours. The caller is an AI actor playing a part we wrote. The receptionist is PhonePick itself: the same instructions, booking rules and availability checks that answer real calls. Nothing it said was edited, cut or reordered. Both sides were voiced in studio quality, the receptionist in one of the voices you can choose for your own line; the pauses between turns were set by us, not measured from a phone line. “As a caller hears it” plays the same call narrowed to phone-line quality.
Every call it answers becomes a clean record: who rang, what they need, what was booked and what happens next. Nothing to type up.

Give it your menu once — a PDF, a photo or a link. Every price comes from your menu, never from its head, and it places the order only when the caller says yes. For restaurants, cafés and bars.
When it books a visit, a table or an order, the caller gets it in writing. Replies land here, and you answer from here — same number, same conversation.

That would help, go ahead.
Open the live demo → The real app on Northline’s sample account — its calls, diary, leads and money, on each plan. No sign-up.
It moves to the caller’s language mid-call. Nothing to set up; what reaches you is in English.
A caller who starts in Punjabi, Spanish or Hindi is answered in their own language, mid-call — and it books, quotes your prices and takes the order in that language, with nothing for you to set up. What reaches you is in English. It says it’s an AI in their language too, and if it can’t speak theirs, it says so rather than pretending. How the languages work →
The 85 languages
The deposit, the no-show, the late invoice, the timesheet, the review nobody asked for and the receipt lost in the truck. Each one is off until you switch it on.
In the US, texting starts once carriers approve your business, which usually takes one to three weeks. Calls are answered from day one.
Also on Operations: an on-call rota that puts urgent calls through to whoever is on shift, a short intake form texted after booking (not for health businesses), a list of past customers who haven’t been back for you to ring yourself, and the CRM pipeline. How the staff time clock works → Every feature, one page each → Compare the plans →
Add outbound calling and your receptionist rings back callers who asked for a call back, returns calls nobody answered, reminds people about their appointment and confirms bookings. On a reminder they can move it or cancel it, and your diary changes with them.
Growth · your AI sales rep
Growth answers sales enquiries, qualifies the buyers who ring and calls back your website leads — only to people who asked through your website form or agreed in writing to hear from you. How the AI sales rep works →
No onboarding call, no scripts to write, nobody to wait on. You keep your number, and one dialled code undoes the whole thing.
Pick one in your area code. It’s the line your calls forward to — nothing changes for anyone who already has your number.
Hours, services, what you don’t do and the questions you always get. Paste your website and it reads it — anything you type wins.
Ring your new number from your own phone first: ask what a job costs, ask for a person. Then one short code from your mobile forwards everything, only the calls you miss, or only when it’s off. We show you the exact code.
It writes down every question it couldn’t answer. Type the answer once and the very next caller hears it.
Integrations
These 18 connect today — your calendar, your forms, your payments, your own phone number. We are early on integrations, so the library says exactly where every other one stands, including the ones we looked at and decided against.
Being built right now: Clover. Everything else on the list says plainly that it is not connected yet.
Most phone-dependent businesses miss a third of their calls — with a client, mid-service, or on the road. Move the sliders to whatever is true for you.

Pricing
Front Desk answers, books and writes up every call it answers. Operations runs the rest of the front office. Growth adds sales calls, to people who agreed to hear from you. Minutes and texts are the allowance, not the thing you’re paying for.
It rings back people who asked, returns missed calls, and calls about appointments — only people who called or booked with you. On Growth, which includes 200 calls a month from its minutes, the same calls can be sales calls to people who agreed to hear from you. 50, 150 or 400 calls a month for $45, $125 or $329. A call counts when it reaches someone or leaves a voicemail, up to three minutes each; unanswered tries are free. Added on top of any plan.
Run out of minutes and PhonePick stops answering — your calls ring through to your own phone instead. You are never billed for minutes you didn't buy. Texts are the ones you send; replies you receive never count. Moving up is prorated to the day, and that month's minutes go up by the share of the month that's left; moving down takes effect at the end of your billing period. No contract, no setup fee, cancel any time. Compare every feature, plan by plan.
More than one location? Add a number for $10 a month each, up to ten. Each can have its own greeting, receptionist name, opening hours, address and number for urgent calls; what it knows, your calendar and your minutes are shared across them.
See each plan from the inside, in the live demo: Front Desk, Operations or Growth.
A receptionist is trusted on the phone, not on a star rating. These are rules in the product, not settings you have to remember.
You won’t find testimonials, star ratings or customer counts on this page. Everything here is something the product does today. Judge it on the demo calls — then on your own phone.
Being straight with you: PhonePick is PHIPA compliant for Ontario clinics — it acts as your agent under PHIPA, keeps no call audio, puts no patient details in emails or texts, and requires two-step sign-in (details). It is not HIPAA compliant and does not sign a Business Associate Agreement. It is the front desk, not the chart.
Set up for ten kinds of business, with a page for each trade: what it misses, what a job is worth to it, and the one thing PhonePick deliberately won’t do for it.
Hands already busy when it rings. It books the visit while you’re under the sink.
Clinics, practices and worried owners. It books the visit and leaves the advice to you.
Where the first call is the intake. It takes the details and books the consultation.
Counters, chairs and tables. It books the chair, the table or takes the order.
The ones people ask before they point their customers at it. There are more on the FAQ page.

support@phonepick.aiYes. Every call opens by saying it is an AI and that the call is recorded, and it answers honestly the moment anyone asks. No setting changes either of those. We wrote up what the rules actually say.
No. You get a second, local number and forward your own line to it, so nothing changes for anyone who already has your number. You can forward everything, only when you don’t answer, or only when your phone is off.
It says so and takes a message — guessing is not a good answer on a phone call. It also writes the question down, so you can type the answer once and the next caller hears it.
Only what you gave it: the sentence you wrote yourself, word for word, or the prices printed on a price list or menu you uploaded. It never works a number out. If you have given it nothing, it says it can’t quote over the phone and offers to have someone call back.
It stops answering and your calls ring through to your own phone instead, exactly as they did before you signed up. You are never billed for minutes you didn’t buy.
Yes. Every call is recorded, and the caller is told so at the start of the call, every time; that announcement can’t be switched off. A written transcript of every call it answers is kept too.
If you take bookings, Operations: the deposits, the reply-Y confirmations and the waitlist are what stop a booked time going empty, and it chases invoices and files receipts too. If you only need calls answered and messages taken, Front Desk. If you sell, Growth, your AI sales rep: it qualifies the buyers who ring and calls back your leads, with 1,500 minutes and 2,000 texts. Moving up is prorated to the day, and so are that month's minutes.
Yes. No contract, no setup fee. The plan runs to the end of the period you have already paid for.
