For insurance brokers and agencies
Renewal season, a storm, a Monday morning — every line rings at once, and the caller who wanted a quote on their home and car gets voicemail and rings the next brokerage.
Live in about ten minutes. From $75 a month. No contract, no setup fee, cancel any time.
The number that matters
You can check that against your own week. Below is the same sum with your figures in it.
What it's costing you
Set to what a new client's policies earn you in a year. Change it to whatever is true for you.
Nothing is sent anywhere — the sum happens in your browser. It assumes PhonePick reaches every missed caller, and that they convert like the ones you already speak to. Whether that holds is your call, not ours.

What it does
Quotes, renewals and claims calls don't queue: each one is answered.
Into your calendar, so the quote or the review starts with a time already agreed.
No coverage opinions and no premiums, not even a rough one — a licensed broker calls back.
And it learns. Anything a caller asks that it can't answer is written down for you — add the answer once and the very next caller hears it. It never guesses in the meantime.
And it answers in 85 languages. Someone who starts speaking Punjabi, Spanish or Hindi is answered in it mid‑call, and gets the whole job done in it — booked, quoted, written down. On every plan, with nothing to set up. What reaches you is in English either way. The full list.
On the Operations plan
Everything above comes with every plan, from $75 a month. Operations, $149 a month, adds the work around the calls — these are the two parts that matter most here. Each one is off until you switch it on.
Each client is texted ahead of their appointment — the day before, unless you choose otherwise — and asked to reply Y to confirm or N if they can't make it. An N frees the time at once. The text carries your name, the day and the time, and nothing about their policy.
When nothing suits a caller, it offers to put them on a waitlist. When a time comes free it is texted to one person at a time and held for the hours you choose (four by default), and their Y books it.
In the US, texting starts once carriers approve your business, which usually takes one to three weeks. Calls are answered from day one.
Follow-up texts are never sent on their own for an insurance office: your staff read each one and choose to send it.
Being straight with you
It takes who's calling, how to reach them and what it's about — a quote, a claim, a renewal, a change to a policy — and books the call or takes a message. It never asks for a policy number, a date of birth or the details of an injury, gives no advice on coverage, quotes no premium, and cannot bind or change a policy. Every caller is told it's an AI and that the call is recorded, and is offered a person instead. Choose 'Insurance broker or agency' as your kind of business and it gets the safeguards we give clinics, under Canada's federal privacy law (PIPEDA): no call audio kept, nothing about a caller in emails or texts to your staff, and two-step sign-in on the account.
Before you ask
No. It takes what the caller wants a quote on and books a time for a broker to call back. It never quotes a premium, even a rough one.
It takes their name, their number and that it's about a claim, and doesn't ask for the details. If you've set urgent calls to be put through to you, it can ring you; and if you've told it your insurers' 24-hour claims numbers, it gives the caller the right one.
The way a clinic's is. Choose 'Insurance broker or agency' when you set up and, under PIPEDA, the caller is offered a person, no call audio is kept, staff alerts say only that a call came in, and everyone signing in needs two-step sign-in. Our privacy page sets it out.
