Refer businesses. Earn 20% for a year.

For consultants, bookkeepers and accountants, web and marketing agencies, coaches, associations and creators.

20% of every plan payment a business you refer makes in its first 12 months.
Your own code. It takes 10% off their first month and tells us the sale is yours.
We take it from there: their questions, help getting set up, and support.
Paid monthly, once each payment is 30 days old.

A business you refer to Operations pays $149 a month. A fifth of that is yours, every month for its first year.

Say what it isPhonePick is an AI, and every call opens by saying so. Never sell it as a person, or as something callers won’t notice.
No spamReach businesses the way Canada’s anti-spam law (CASL) and US rules allow: no bought lists, no messages without permission.
Promise only what it doesIf it isn’t on phonepick.ai, ask us before you tell a client it can do it.
Play fairDon’t bid on “PhonePick” in search ads, and don’t refer your own business.

What partners ask us

Do I need to be a PhonePick customer?

No. Anyone who works with businesses can apply.

How do you know a sale came from me?

Your code. A business enters it when it picks a plan, and that records the sale as yours and takes 10% off its first month.

What counts toward my 20%?

What the business pays for its plan in its first 12 months. Add-ons, one-time packs, tax and refunded payments don’t count. Each payment is paid out once it is 30 days old.

What do my clients’ callers hear?

The business’s own name and an assistant name it chooses. Every call opens by saying it’s an AI. Callers never hear the name PhonePick.

Where can I sell it?

Anywhere in Canada and the US. Plans are priced in Canadian or US dollars.

I run an agency without my own software. Can I white-label it?

Reselling is the fit today: your clients’ callers hear only their own business, but their sign-in and its emails say PhonePick. If you need your own brand there too, tell us what you need. Partner requests decide what we build next.

What does white-label need from our side?

Your product keeps the phone number and the customer. PhonePick asks your system a small set of questions during a call, such as when you’re free and where to book, and sends you each finished call. Your developers build that once and we help them test it.

Is it safe for clinics and other careful clients?

PhonePick is PHIPA compliant for Ontario practices. It is not HIPAA compliant and does not sign a Business Associate Agreement. The security page covers the rest.

I’m already a customer. Is this my referral link?

No, that’s a different thing. The referral link in Billing gives a business 10% off its first month. When it has been with PhonePick for 30 days, you get a credit worth that first month. This program is for people who introduce businesses as part of their work.
