Prodigy Suite is class management and tuition billing for dance and activity studios, made by Gintii AI Inc., the company that makes PhonePick. Its AI receptionist add-on runs on PhonePick's engine.
Inside Prodigy Suite it answers the studio's number and finds a class that fits what the parent asks for. It books a trial only in a session that is really running: inside the class's season, not full, and with room for another trial child. The booking lands in Prodigy Suite's Leads as Trial booked, and the call and its summary are kept there too.

There is nothing to connect from a PhonePick account, and PhonePick does not read your families' records or billing. Minutes, plans and billing are Prodigy Suite's, and calls, leads and trial bookings stay in Prodigy Suite.
