Before you start
Template or custom: which website should I pick?
A template if you’re a real estate, insurance or mortgage agent: pick one of 10 designs, make it yours in a minute, and it’s CA$39 a month with no setup fee. A custom website if you’d like it written around your business: three pages for CA$399 to build, then CA$24.99 a month.
Can I have a template website if I’m not an agent?
Not yet. The 10 designs are built around an agent’s listings and licence details. Designs for other kinds of business are on the way; until then, a custom website is written and built for you.
Is there a contract or a setup fee?
No contract: everything is month to month. Template websites and the marketing have no setup fee. A custom website is CA$399 once, to write and build it.
Who actually does the marketing?
Our AI. It writes the posts and page changes and drafts the review replies, every week. Nothing goes out in your name until you’ve approved it by text. Our team sets it up with you, and is a call or a text away.
How do I approve things by text?
We text you each draft, or a link to read it. Reply YES and it goes out. Reply with what to change and it comes back changed. Ignore it and nothing is posted.
Which websites does Rank & Reply work on?
Ours, from day one: it’s CA$39 a month with a template or a custom website from us. On a site you already have, it’s CA$99 a month and works on WordPress, Shopify and Wix; on another site builder, tell us which and we’ll say honestly what it can do there.
Do I give you my passwords?
No. You add us as a manager on your Google Business Profile and connect your website from its own settings. You stay the owner, and you can remove us any time.
Can you guarantee first place on Google, or a number of leads?
No one honestly can. The AI does the work that helps, every month, and the report shows you what it did and what it brought in.
When can I make videos and pictures?
The studio opens soon. Join the list on the videos and pictures page and you’ll hear first, at the price printed there: CA$29 a month for four videos, and another CA$29 for every four more.
Do I need PhonePick’s AI receptionist?
No. Every website and every marketing product here stands on its own. If you’d like your calls answered too, PhonePick’s Front Desk is CA$99 a month, or CA$75 with a template website. All the plans are on the pricing page.
