Features · The front office
Happy customers rarely think to leave a review on their own. A short thank-you with the link, sent while the visit is still fresh, is usually all it takes.
On Operations, $149 a month, and Growth. No contract, no setup fee.
What it does
An hour, two hours, four hours or a day after a booked visit ends — you pick. Nothing goes more than three days later.
No “were you happy?” first, and nothing offered in return. Google bans both, and either can get your reviews taken down.
One ask per visit, never the same number twice in 90 days, and never outside 9am to 8pm.
Usually your Google “write a review” link, but a Yelp or Facebook page works too.
Setting it up
Being straight with you
It does not ask after a call back, a cancelled visit, or a booking someone was asked to ring about — that customer needs a person first. It never filters out unhappy customers, and it does not write or answer reviews for you.
Before you ask
Because Google forbids it. Asking first and sending only the happy ones to Google is review gating, and it can get your reviews removed. Everyone gets the same thank-you.
No. The same number is never asked twice in 90 days.
Yes, as texts you send, like any other.
Call (249) 496-5966 and PhonePick answers its own phone, or walk round the real app on a sample business. Ten minutes to set up, and you keep your number.
