Features · The front office
An empty chair is worth nothing to a business that turned somebody away for it. PhonePick asks ahead of time whether people are still coming and, when the answer is no, offers the time to someone who wanted it.
On Operations, $149 a month, and Growth. No contract, no setup fee.
What it does
The day before — or anything from two hours to three days ahead — it texts: “Reply Y to confirm, or N if you can't make it.” Y confirms. N cancels and frees the time.
A reply that is not Y or N lands in your inbox as unread. It never guesses at “cant make it tmrw sorry” and cancels on it.
A freed time is offered to one waiting person, who replies Y to take it. Nobody else is offered it while they decide, so the same slot never goes to four people.
CANCEL is a carrier opt-out, so whoever replies it is unsubscribed by their phone company from every text you send. That booking is flagged for you to ring, never cancelled.
Setting it up
Being straight with you
It never cancels on a reply it does not understand, and it does not text inside the last two hours before an appointment or outside 9am to 8pm. The waitlist is not offered to restaurants, where tables are paced by party size.
Before you ask
“Reply Y to confirm, or N if you can't make it.” Y confirms, N cancels and frees the time, and anything else lands in your inbox for a person.
Yes, with the outbound calls add-on: it can call a day before about an appointment, and they can move it or cancel it on the call. The texts are on Operations and Growth without the add-on.

Call (249) 496-5966 and PhonePick answers its own phone, or walk round the real app on a sample business. Ten minutes to set up, and you keep your number.
