On a domain you own, under your name and your brokerage’s, with your photo and your own words about how you work.
Your name as licensed, your title (Mortgage Agent Level 1 or 2, or Mortgage Broker) and your brokerage’s name and licence number on every page: what Ontario’s rules ask a mortgage agent’s website to show.
Pages for the mortgages you arrange, whether that’s first homes, moving up, refinancing, renewals or something more specialised, written and built for you.
An enquiry form on the site sends each request to your email. With PhonePick’s receptionist, they land in your PhonePick Leads as well.
If you want rates on the site, you give them to us and each one shows with its APR, its term and the date. If you don’t, the site shows none. We never put up a rate of our own.
It works on any phone, has its own security certificate, and comes with a sitemap and structured data that tell search engines what each page is about.
Being straight with you
Rates change daily and depend on the borrower, the property and the lender, so the site never shows a rate you didn’t give us. Most agents leave them off and talk rates on the call. If you do want them on the site, each shows with its APR and term, as Ontario’s rules ask, and the date you gave it.
How setup works
Use the form below. Say which brokerage you’re with and the area you work in, and we’ll reply with what happens next.
Send your name and licence level as they appear on your FSRA licence, your brokerage’s name and licence number, the mortgages you arrange, a photo and a few lines about you.
Bring your own domain: we send you two nameservers to change at your registrar. We build the site, you look it over, and it goes live.
Optional add-on
The website doesn’t need it. But a buyer who has just had an offer accepted won’t leave a voicemail. PhonePick’s AI receptionist can answer your phone while you’re with a client, on one of PhonePick’s plans, and on the Operations and Growth plans it answers the chat on your website too.
When you sign up, it reads your website, so it answers callers with what’s actually on it. Website enquiries land in your Leads.
It takes who’s calling and what they need, a purchase, a refinance or a renewal, and books the call into your calendar.
On price it says only a sentence you’ve written yourself, word for word. Most agents leave rates out. On Growth, it rings back website enquiries who ticked the call box, within minutes.
If anyone asks, it says so, and there’s no setting that lets it deny it. It never claims to be a person.

No. FSRA says your website’s domain and email address don’t have to match your licensed name. The site itself always shows your name as licensed and your brokerage’s name, and never a team name.
Yes, you bring the domain: buy one wherever you like (GoDaddy, Namecheap and so on) or use one you already own. We send you two nameservers to change at your registrar, and we take care of the rest: the site, its security certificate and its settings. If you use that domain for email, tell us first and we copy your email settings across, so your email keeps working.
No. The website is CA$39 a month on its own. If you’d like your phone answered as well, PhonePick’s receptionist is an optional add-on on one of PhonePick’s plans, priced on the pricing page.
