The price
What agents usually pay, and what you’d pay here
Most real estate website companies charge a setup fee, many add fees for your listings or a home value tool, and some lock you in for a year. Here’s what they publish, side by side with ours.
Prices as each company published them on its own pricing page on 1 November 2026, in the currency it shows (most show “$” without saying which), before tax. Plans and prices change. What’s included
What buyers and sellers look for, on a site with your name on it
You can try every one of these on tedtalksrealestate.ca right now.
Your DDF® listings
Every listing your CREA DDF® feed carries, for sale and for rent, residential and commercial. Listings come off the site when they come off the market.
Search, filters and the map
Search by city, address, postal code or MLS® number. Filter by price, beds, baths, type, features, style, size and how new the listing is. Or search the map: the results follow it as you move.
A page for every listing
Photos, details and room sizes, a mortgage and land transfer tax calculator, comparable homes for sale nearby, and a form to book a showing. Each one says who it is listed by and links to it on REALTOR.ca.
A home value game for sellers
Homeowners answer a few questions and see an estimate from similar homes for sale nearby once they’ve confirmed their email. Then it’s a seller lead, sent to you.
Compare a home, price a renovation
A compare page lines any home up against similar homes nearby and works out a likely value range. A renovation estimator adds a new kitchen or bathroom to the price.
Accounts for your visitors
Visitors save homes, ask for showings and request a home value, and keep it all in their own account. Every request lands on your dashboard and in your email.
Your own listings, your blog
Your listings on a page of their own, from the same feed, and a blog for your market updates and advice, with your photo and your story on the about page.
Built to be found
Sitemaps that include every listing page, structured data that tells search engines what each page is, and IndexNow, so new listings are announced the day they arrive.
The rules, built in
Your brokerage’s name on every page, CREA’s trademark notice, and “listed by” with a REALTOR.ca link on every listing. Analytics load only once a visitor says OK.
The seller-lead engine
Homeowners give you their email to see the number
Every agent wants listings. The home value game on your sell page is how a website earns them: it’s quick and a little fun, the estimate comes from similar homes for sale nearby, and the number shows only after the homeowner confirms their email.

Does it pay for itself?
One deal from your website pays for years of it
Your numbers, not ours. The website is CA$468 a year.

How it works
Three steps, and most of them are ours
Start your website
Tell us who you are, your brokerage and the area you sell in, and pick three times for a 15-minute setup call. Two minutes.
YouA 15-minute setup call
We set up your DDF® feed with you in REALTOR Link and point your domain at your new site. Most of the wait after that is CREA approving the feed.
Us, with youWe build it, you approve it
Your photo, your bio, your listings, your forms. You look it over, and it goes live.

Built for a working agent first
tedtalksrealestate.ca is Ted Dalal’s own site, for Ted’s business in London and St. Thomas, Ontario. Everything on this page is something it already does.
Optional add-on
Want your phone answered too? That part is up to you.
The website doesn’t need it. But if you’re at a showing when a buyer calls, PhonePick’s AI receptionist can answer your phone and the chat on your website, on one of PhonePick’s plans. Connected to your website’s listings, it knows what you have for sale.
It searches your listings
On a call or in your website chat, it searches the same listings as your website: by area, address, MLS® number, budget, bedrooms or features.
List prices only, never a value
If you allow it, it gives a listing’s list price, exactly as listed. It never says what a home is worth, what it might sell for, or what to offer. That’s for you.
It books showings on calls
A caller who likes a home can book a showing on the call. The website chat can’t book: it takes the visitor’s name and number so you can set up the viewing.
It says it’s an AI
Every call opens by saying so, and the chat says so if asked. It never claims to be a person. The website chat is on the Operations and Growth plans.
Questions
Before you start
Is there a setup fee or a contract?
No setup fee: building the site is included. It’s CA$39 a month, month to month, with no contract.
What is a CREA DDF® feed, and how do I get one?
It is CREA’s Data Distribution Facility: the feed of MLS® listings that REALTOR® members can show on their own websites. You don’t have to work it out: on your 15-minute setup call we request it with you, in REALTOR Link (member.realtor.ca) under Data Feeds, as a National Shared Pool feed for your website’s domain. If DDF® isn’t switched on for you, your brokerage’s broker of record can turn it on. CREA sends you the feed’s login, and we connect it.
Which listings does it show?
Every listing your DDF® feed carries for the area the site covers, for sale and for rent, residential and commercial, with your own listings on a page of their own. A DDF® feed carries the listings whose brokerages share them, and a listing that isn’t allowed on the internet stays off. Listings drop off when they come off the market.
Do I need my own domain?
Yes, you bring the domain: buy one wherever you like (GoDaddy, Namecheap and so on) or use one you already own. We send you two nameservers to change at your registrar, and we take care of the rest: the site, its security certificate and its settings. If you use that domain for email, tell us first and we copy your email settings across, so your email keeps working.
Can it show sold prices?
Only if your board allows it, and only to visitors who sign in. CREA’s DDF® feed has no sold prices in it. If your board lets you show sold data on your website (a VOW agreement), you can load your own sold records, and the site shows them only to signed-in visitors who have agreed to the terms. If it doesn’t, the site shows no sold prices, and the comparable homes are the ones for sale nearby.
Does it follow the listing rules?
Yes. Your brokerage’s name is on every page, CREA’s trademark notice is on the site, and every listing says who it is listed by, with a link to it on REALTOR.ca.
Do I need PhonePick’s AI receptionist?
No. The website is CA$39 a month on its own. If you’d like your phone and your website chat answered as well, PhonePick’s receptionist is an optional add-on on one of PhonePick’s plans, priced on the pricing page.
Is it only in Canada?
Yes. The listings come from CREA’s DDF® feed, which is for REALTOR® members in Canada. The site you can see live is built for Ontario, including its land transfer tax calculator, so if you sell in another province, say where when you start and we’ll tell you what would be different.
