Before you start
What counts as a page?
A page is one address on your site: Services, a page for one service, a page for one town you serve, your gallery, your menu or prices. Three are in the Essential site. Each page after that adds CA$3 a month. Blog posts from the SEO package aren’t counted as pages.
Is there a contract?
No. The build is paid once, and the monthly is month to month: cancel it any time. Nothing is charged until you’ve seen your plan and price and said yes.
What do you need from me?
Your business name, what you do, the towns you cover, your phone and hours, and a handful of photos of your own work. If you don’t have photos yet, say so and we’ll tell you what to take. If you already own a domain, we’ll use it.
Do I need my own domain?
No. We register one for you, like yourbusiness.ca, in your name, and it’s in the monthly fee. If you already own one, we use it.
How do changes work?
Send us a message: new hours, a new photo, a new price. A couple of changes a month are in the monthly fee. A new page is a new page, at CA$3 a month.
What’s in the SEO package?
Rank & Reply, CA$39 a month with our website. SEO done for you every month: keyword research for your services and towns, every page’s title and description written for it, two blog posts a month you approve by text, Google Search Console set up and watched, questions and answers that AI search tools can read, and a plain-English report each month. And AI follow-up: a text within a minute to every new website lead, saying it’s your AI assistant, and a short summary of each lead to you. It only texts people who contacted you through your website, and it stops when someone replies STOP.
Can you do my marketing too?
Yes. Add any of our AI-run marketing to your website, month to month: the SEO package (Rank & Reply, CA$39 a month with our website), Google reviews and profile (CA$49 a month: a reply drafted for every Google review and a post on your profile every week) and social videos (CA$149 a month for four short animated videos). Can you promise first place on Google?
No one honestly can. We do the work that helps: pages for the services and towns you cover, posts people search for, clean technical SEO, and a report every month so you can see what’s working.
Can my site sell online or take bookings?
An online store isn’t in these packages: tell the planner what you sell and we’ll quote it separately. For bookings, your site can link to the booking tool you already use, or to PhonePick’s online booking page, which comes with PhonePick’s Operations plan.
Do I need PhonePick’s AI receptionist?
No. The website stands on its own. If you’d like your phone answered too, PhonePick’s Front Desk is CA$99 a month, and it learns your business from your own site. All the plans are on the pricing page.
