Who actually does the work?
Our AI. It writes the posts and page changes, drafts the review replies and makes the videos, every week. Nothing goes out in your name until you’ve approved it by text. Our team sets it up with you, and is a call or a text away.
Is there a contract or a setup fee?
No. Every service is month to month, with no setup fee. Stop any one of them at the end of any month.
How do I approve things by text?
We text you each draft, or a link to read or watch it. Reply YES and it goes out. Reply with what to change and it comes back changed. Ignore it and nothing is posted.
Which websites does Rank & Reply work on?
WordPress, Shopify and Wix: you connect the site once, and the AI publishes your approved posts and page changes there. On another site builder, tell us which on the first call and we’ll say honestly what it can do there. No website yet? We build those too.
Do I give you my passwords?
No. You add us as a manager on your Google Business Profile, add us as a partner on your Facebook and Instagram business portfolio, and connect your website from its own settings. You stay the owner, and you can remove us any time.
Can you guarantee first place on Google, or a number of leads?
No one honestly can. The AI does the work that helps, every month, and the report shows you what it did and what it brought in.
Will the AI text people who didn’t contact me?
No. Rank & Reply’s AI only replies to people who contacted you through your website, says it’s an AI in its first text, and stops as soon as someone replies STOP.
Can it get me more Google reviews?
It answers every review you get. Asking customers for reviews is PhonePick’s review requests, which text every customer after their visit, on the Operations plan. Nobody is ever asked whether they were happy first, and nothing is offered in return: Google forbids both.
Do I need PhonePick’s AI receptionist?
No. Every service here stands on its own. If you’d like the calls your marketing brings in answered too, PhonePick’s Front Desk is CA$99 a month. All the plans are on the pricing page.
