Some customers would rather tap than talk. PhonePick gives you a page of your own, at phonepick.ai/book/your-name, where they pick a time, leave their details and get a confirmation — and the booking lands exactly where a phone booking does.
On Operations, $149 a month, and Growth. No contract, no setup fee.
What it does
It offers only times that are really free: your hours, your notice and how-far-ahead rules, minus what is already booked and what is on your connected calendar. The phone and the page share one diary, so neither can give a time away twice.
Your receptionist and your page book from one calendar. A time taken on the phone disappears from the page at once, and the other way round.
A plumber's customer gives the address of the property. A restaurant's guest says how many are coming. A clinic's patient gives a name, a phone and an email, and nothing more.
A link and a button for your website, the Book button on your Google Business Profile, the action button on Instagram or Facebook, and a QR code for the counter or the van.
Each booking is on Appointments marked Booked online and in Leads, with an email to you that has the calendar invite attached. The customer gets a confirmation with a link to cancel.
Setting it up
Being straight with you
It never offers a time that is not free, and never a time outside the rules you set for the phone. It does not take payment: a deposit is the receptionist's job, on the call. It sends no reminders of its own — confirmation texts are a separate switch, and they cover online bookings too once they are on. Changing the address breaks links you have already shared, so pick one and keep it.
Before you ask
Yes. Both read your hours, how long a booking takes, how many can run at once, your notice and how far ahead you book, and both see every booking and your connected calendar. One diary, two doors.
Any time, from the Booking page screen. The link then says you are not taking online bookings right now and gives your number. Switch it back on and the same address works again.
Yes, when booking on the phone is off: one button makes it offer to text the link to a caller who wants a time. With booking on the phone switched on, it books there and then instead.
