What it does
PhonePick runs a Model Context Protocol server, so an AI assistant can work your receivables in plain words: “who owes me more than 30 days?”, “Ana paid $200 by e-transfer on INV-1042”, “text a reminder to everyone a week late”. It reads and writes through the same rules as the app, and the invoice's history says it was the assistant, by the key's name.
A read-only key gives the assistant read-only tools. Deleting an invoice is never offered to it, and a reminder it sends still keeps to 9am–8pm, one a day.

It covers invoices and payments, not calls, leads or bookings, and it does nothing on its own schedule — the assistant acts when you ask it. Whatever the assistant reads is sent to the company that runs it, so a clinic should only connect one it is allowed to share patient information with.
