What it does
This is a file import, not a live connection, and calling it anything else would be misleading. You export your invoices from QuickBooks as a CSV and import it under Money → Invoices; Wave and FreshBooks exports work the same way, as does a plain spreadsheet.
What you get for it is the chasing. Once an invoice is overdue, a reminder text goes out on the schedule you set, carrying a Stripe pay link if you have connected Stripe, and paying the link marks the invoice paid. Reminders go only between 9am and 8pm local time, never threaten and never add a fee, and always end with: already paid? Thank you, please ignore this.

Being straight with you
Nothing syncs back. Marking an invoice paid in PhonePick does not mark it paid in QuickBooks, and an invoice you raise in QuickBooks tomorrow will not appear in PhonePick until you import again. There is no QuickBooks Online API connection and no Intuit app — if a live two-way sync is what you need, that is worth telling us, because it is a real build and not a switch.
