Staff time clock · on Operations
Your staff clock in when they arrive at one of your sites and out when they leave, from their own phones. The location is checked at the tap and never in between, and you get their hours by person and by site, ready for payroll.
Built for teams that don’t sit in one building: physios and home-care staff on visits, cleaners at client homes, clinics with more than one location, crews on regular sites.
How it works
What you see
Everyone clocked in, where, and since when. Someone forgot to clock out? Clock them out yourself, with a note.
A table of each person’s hours by site, and each site’s hours by people and shifts. This week, last week, the last two weeks, a month, or any dates you pick.
Location switched off, a fix too vague to trust, a tap away from every site, a shift over 16 hours. Flagged, never refused, so nobody is stuck outside a clock-in because of a phone.
A timesheet CSV, one row per shift, and an hours CSV with a column per site. Corrections need a reason, and the times they replaced stay on record.
Who it’s for
Tell your staff their location is checked at each clock-in and clock-out. In Ontario, an employer with 25 or more employees needs a written policy on electronic monitoring. Their app shows them their own week and nothing else in your account.
Price
Operations is $149 a month: the phone answered, booked and written up, and the rest of the front office, from deposits and confirmation texts to invoice chasing, expenses by text and the staff time clock. Growth has all of it too. No contract and no setup fee. Compare the plans.

Questions
No app store. They open a link on their phone and add it to their home screen, and it opens like an app. Each person signs in once with their mobile number and a code. On an iPhone they add it to the Home Screen first, then sign in there.
No. The phone’s location is read when they tap Clock in and when they tap Clock out, and at no other time.
They can still clock in. They’re asked which site they’re at, and the shift is recorded and flagged for you as not checked.
Yes. You can correct any shift, add one by hand or void one, with a note saying why. The times you replaced stay on the shift and in the timesheet.
Up to 200 sites and 100 staff on one account. One mobile number can clock in for one business on PhonePick.
No. It gives you hours by person and by site for any week or month, and a timesheet CSV for whoever runs your payroll.
