What it does
This is the one place where being straight about it saves you an afternoon: a Squarespace form has no webhook of its own. There are two ways round it and both work.
The simple one is to paste the PhonePick form into a Code block — it posts to your lead link, carries the consent wording, and does not involve a third service. The other is to connect the Squarespace form to Zapier and follow the Zapier steps.

A Code block needs a Squarespace plan that allows code injection. If yours does not, Zapier is the route.
