What it does
Outlook and Microsoft 365 read iCalendar, so a booking made on the phone arrives as an ordinary Outlook invite, with the caller, the address and what they said already written into it. Nothing is installed and there is no add-in to approve.
Publishing your Outlook calendar gives PhonePick an ICS address to read; from then on the diary refuses to offer a slot that Outlook already has something in.

Being straight with you
There is no Microsoft sign-in yet, so PhonePick cannot see a calendar you have not published, and it cannot write into a shared team calendar as an organizer. Free/busy is all the inward half needs and all it takes. Exchange on-premises is untested.
