Not planned. Jane gives other companies no way to book into a clinic's calendar and is not taking on AI scheduling partners, so PhonePick texts callers your own Jane booking link instead.
Not available. · PhonePick starts at $75 a month. No contract, no setup fee.
What it does
Jane is practice management and online booking software used by many physiotherapy, chiropractic, massage and counselling clinics. We looked at connecting to it so PhonePick could book straight into a clinic's Jane calendar. It can't be done today: Jane has no open API, its partner platform has no way to read openings or create a booking, and Jane says that, for now, it is not looking to work with AI scheduling tools.
What works instead: every clinic on Jane has its own online booking page. Give PhonePick that link, and when a caller wants an appointment it offers to text it to them, so they choose the practitioner and the time themselves, in Jane, under your own booking rules.
Status
Being straight with you
PhonePick does not read your Jane schedule, does not see your patient records, and does not book, move or cancel anything in Jane. The caller books themselves from the link you gave it, and anyone who would rather not gets a message taken for your front desk.
Where these claims come from
Every capability named above is from the vendor's own published documentation, so you can check it rather than take our word: Jane's integrations programme (1 Apr 2026) · Finding your Jane booking link.
Calendars
PhonePick reads your Google Calendar so it never offers a caller a time you are already busy, and every booking it makes lands back in it.
How it works →Apple CalendarConnected todayBookings arrive as ordinary calendar invites, and a shared iCloud calendar tells PhonePick when you are busy.
How it works →Outlook & Microsoft 365Connected todayInvites land in Outlook like any other meeting, and a published Outlook calendar keeps the receptionist off your booked hours.
How it works →Not connected. A Calendly calendar can already be read as busy time if you publish its ICS; a real Calendly connection that books into your event types is on the list.
