Your questions, asked naturally

Tell it what you sell and to whom, up to six questions you would ask a buyer, and the next step: a booking or a call back. It asks them one at a time, never pushy, and quotes only prices you gave it.

A score on every sales call

0 to 10, hot, warm or cold, with the next step in one line. Past the bar you set, you hear straight away: an email and, while you have texts left, a text to your mobile — or it offers to put them through while they are still on the line.

Website leads called back in minutes

Someone who ticks the call box on your form is rung within minutes, inside calling hours, while they still remember asking. It can follow up a quote they asked for the same way.

Lists, with consent

Being straight with you

What it will not do

It is not for cold calling. Bought or scraped lists are not allowed, nobody is imported without their own record of agreeing, and a past booking is not consent to a sales call. Every call starts by saying it is an AI calling for your business, a sales call says how to opt out, and anyone who says not to call again is taken off there and then. Whether the consent you hold is enough where you are is yours to answer — we are not lawyers, and this is not legal advice.

How many calls are included?

Growth includes 200 outbound calls a month, drawn from its 1,500 minutes, up to 40 a day. The outbound add-on adds more.

When does it make calls?

On weekdays between 9am and 8pm and Saturdays between 10 and 6, in the person's own time zone, never on Sundays or national holidays. If too many people ask not to be called, calling pauses by itself.

Which leads can it call back?

People who ticked the call box on your website form, people who asked for a quote, and people on a list who each agreed in writing. Never anyone else.
