What it does
This is the integration nearly everyone actually needs, and it is not with software — it is with the phone you already have. PhonePick gives you a number; you set conditional call forwarding on your own line so calls come to PhonePick when you do not answer, are on another call, or have your phone off. You keep your number, you keep answering when you want to, and nothing is ported.
Settings shows you the exact codes for your own line, including the one for “when you don't answer, are busy, or your phone is off”, so you dial it once and it is done. Take it off the same way.

PhonePick does not port your number and does not replace your carrier — your phone bill does not change. If you forward every call unconditionally, callers reach PhonePick even when you are free, which is sometimes what a business wants and is usually not. And a call PhonePick transfers back to you arrives from the PhonePick number rather than the caller's, so caller ID on a transferred call is not the customer's number.
Tell us which one and what you would do with it. That is genuinely how the order gets decided — there is no roadmap vote more useful than a business saying it would switch for it.
