For chiropractic clinics
Visits are short and back to back, so the phone rings mid-adjustment with no one free to get it. A caller whose back went this morning doesn't leave a voicemail — they ring the next clinic.

The number that matters
You can check that against your own week. Below is the same sum with your figures in it.
What it's costing you
Set to what a new patient's first few visits are worth. Change it to whatever is true for you.
Nothing is sent anywhere — the sum happens in your browser. It assumes PhonePick reaches every missed caller, and that they convert like the ones you already speak to. Whether that holds is your call, not ours.

What it does
Every call, all day, so the front desk can stay with the patient in front of them.
One appointment length, the one you set, offered only where your calendar is free.
The day and the time in their phone, and nothing about why they're coming.
In the US, texting starts once carriers approve your business, which usually takes one to three weeks. Calls are answered from day one.
And it learns. Anything a caller asks that it can't answer is written down for you — add the answer once and the very next caller hears it. It never guesses in the meantime.
And it answers in 85 languages. Someone who starts speaking Punjabi, Spanish or Hindi is answered in it mid‑call, and gets the whole job done in it — booked, quoted, written down. On every plan, with nothing to set up. What reaches you is in English either way. The full list.
On the Operations plan
Everything above comes with every plan, from $75 a month. Operations, $149 a month, adds the work around the calls — these are the two parts that matter most here. Each one is off until you switch it on.
Each patient is texted ahead of their appointment — the day before, unless you choose otherwise — and asked to reply Y to confirm or N if they can't make it. An N frees the time at once. A reply of CANCEL is a carrier opt-out, so that booking is flagged for your front desk to call, never cancelled.
When nothing suits a caller, it offers to put them on a waitlist. When a time comes free it is texted to one person at a time and held for the hours you choose (four by default), and their Y books it.
Intake forms aren't offered to health practices: a form is where medical history gets typed, and PhonePick isn't built to hold it.
Being straight with you
It books appointments, gives your hours and directions, and takes a name and a number for a callback. It does not discuss pain, an injury or treatment, and it will not tell a caller whether something is urgent — a person calls them back for that. Every caller is told it's an AI and that the call is recorded, and is offered a person instead. PhonePick is PHIPA compliant for Ontario practices: it acts as your agent under PHIPA, keeps no call audio, puts no patient details in emails or texts, and requires two-step sign-in. It is not HIPAA compliant and we do not sign a Business Associate Agreement.
Before you ask
Yes, if your calendar has the time. It offers what's free and books it — it never squeezes someone in on top of another patient.
No. It takes their name, their number and what they say they need, and books them in. Anything clinical waits for you.
Yes, for Ontario practices. We act as your agent under PHIPA and sign an agent agreement with you; no call audio is kept, no patient details go out in emails or texts, and your account needs two-step sign-in. It is not HIPAA compliant: we do not sign a Business Associate Agreement, so US practices should not use it for patient health information.
