Chasing money is the job nobody gets round to. PhonePick sends the reminder you would send if you remembered: on a schedule you set, with a way to pay, in words that never threaten.

What it does
The first reminder a set number of days after the due date, then every so many days, then it stops and the rest is your call. Out of the box: three days late, then weekly, three reminders in all.
Connect Stripe and each reminder carries a pay link, and paying by it marks the invoice paid. Other ways to pay, such as an e-Transfer address, show on the invoice's page in your own words.
The text is fixed: never a threat, a fee or “collections”, and always “Already paid? Thank you, please ignore this.”
Add invoices one at a time, import the CSV from QuickBooks, Wave or FreshBooks, or send them by API. Payments recorded in PhonePick go back out by webhook.

Being straight with you
It sends texts, not AI calls, about money: a fact and a way to pay, to the number the customer gave you. It never texts outside 9am to 8pm local time, never adds a fee you did not set, and stops after the last reminder you allowed. It is not a collections agency or an accounting system — your books stay where they are.
Before you ask
Yes, as a CSV you export from QuickBooks, Wave or FreshBooks and import on the Invoices page. Today that is a file import, not a live connection.
No. Reminders go only between 9am and 8pm local time.
Yes. A REST API and signed webhooks carry invoices and the payments against them, and an AI assistant that speaks MCP can use the same as tools.
