What it does
Shopify gives PhonePick a real product catalogue with variants, real inventory per location, and draft orders that can be sent to the customer as a checkout link — which is close to the whole job for a shop taking orders over the phone.
It is common in Canadian retail, which is why it sits beside Lightspeed rather than behind it: if the businesses asking are shops, this is the second connector; if they are restaurants, Lightspeed is.

Being straight with you
A draft order is not a printed ticket. It becomes a real order when the customer pays the link, so a shop that expects an unpaid order to appear at the counter would be disappointed — the same limitation Square has, for the same reason.

Being built now: PhonePick reads your Clover item list so it quotes real prices, and pushes a phoned-in order to your Clover devices so it prints in the kitchen.
