What it does
Lightspeed Restaurant K-Series publishes third-party order injection — a phoned-in order can be sent in as a local or to-go order with item SKUs and modifiers, and there are order and payment webhooks to tell PhonePick what happened to it afterwards.
That is the capability Square is missing, from a company headquartered in Montreal, which matters when the first businesses on PhonePick are in Ontario. It is genuinely a candidate to be the second connector rather than the third.
