Comparison
These two are priced on completely different axes, which makes the comparison unusually clear-cut. Goodcall gives you unlimited minutes and counts the people who ring. We count the minutes and never count the people. Whichever cap you would hit first is the wrong product for you.

Goodcall's prices as published on their own pricing page, checked 10 September 2026. Prices move — if you are reading this much later, check theirs and tell us if ours is out of date.
Written by us, about a competitor, so read it with that in mind — but these are real and we would rather you knew before you bought than after.
Genuinely unlimited — they do not bill for minutes or tokens at all. If your calls run long, that is a real advantage and it is the main reason to choose them.
A cold snap or a storm will not burn through an allowance, because there is no minute allowance to burn.
We do not offer an annual discount.
Goodcall prices per agent. Ours is one price for the business.
Goodcall's cheapest plan stops at 100 unique callers a month and charges 50¢ per person after that. A busy trade takes more calls than that in a fortnight. We cap minutes, never people.
Goodcall's Starter keeps call and customer detail for 7 days. Every call you ever take is kept and searchable here, on every plan.
If your calls are long and your caller count is modest — a few dozen people ringing at length — Goodcall's unlimited minutes will beat us. If you take a lot of short calls from a lot of different people, which is most trades, their customer cap is the one that bites and ours is the safer shape.
How this page is kept honest. Every figure comes from Goodcall's own published pricing, dated above. We name what they do better because a comparison written only one way is an advertisement, and you can tell. If anything here is wrong or out of date, email support@phonepick.ai and we will correct it.
