Their Essential plan is half our Starter. If you genuinely take only a handful of calls a month, that is the cheaper answer and you should take it.
They advertise bilingual English and Canadian French, and 55+ languages. We do not offer that, and if you need it this comparison ends here.
We do not have one. They also list SIP integration and sending images by MMS during a call, neither of which we do.
Theirs is 25¢ a minute past your allowance, on every plan. Ours stops answering and your calls ring through to your own phone instead — so a busy month cannot produce a bill you did not expect. That is the single biggest difference between these two products.
Three hundred minutes costs $124 on their plans and $55 on ours. Six hundred and fifty costs $261.50 there and $99 here. The $14 headline is only the cheapest number if the phone stays quiet.
Their $39 Starter includes the same 60 minutes as their $14 Essential — the extra $25 buys features, not answering time. Every step up our ladder buys more minutes.

If your phone rings a few times a month, their $14 plan is cheaper and you should take it. If you are buying this because you are missing calls — which is the usual reason — then you are going to use minutes, and at 300 a month they cost $124 against our $55. Work out roughly how many minutes you will actually use before you look at either headline price.
